Professional Competitions and Artistic Contests

IPM430 also organises Artistic contests (competition without commercial purposes) or Professional Competitions (competitions that imply the commercial exploitation of the created work) both domestically and internationally.

These types of competitions are excluded from the scope of application of prize event legislation (DPR 430/2001), therefore all the administrative obligations are not applicable.

The professional competitions in which the promoting companies reserve the right to use the works created, for which the prizes awarded consist in the compensation for the service peformed by the winner, allow the companies to involve users in the marketing process of developing the brand and products of the sponsoring company.
